QUITTING JOB BEFORE GETTING PR, PLEASE ADVISE

My husband is being treated very unfairly at work and would like to quit but my question is, would it hurt our chances of receiveing PR?

He can. It won't affect his PR in process. Just keep in mind that he'll have more time to stress around waiting for PR.
