Upon signup and after obtaining your reference number, WES will tell you the documents that are required by them for you to send.
Also, only completed degrees are evaluated for immigration purpose by WES and other evaluation agencies. If your PHD Viva is still pending and you have not been awarded your degree, you cannot get your PHD degree evaluated. However, you can get your Master's evaluated or you may wait till you have been awarded your PHD degree.
