Quickest bank for getting GIC?

I'll be opening a new bank account in my own name soon. Which bank according to you guys is the fastest one to sort out GIC related matter? also, may I know how much time does it take to open a new account?

that i know haha. I meant which Indian bank would be the best option cause there are many candidates who found their banks slow and useless in assisting them with the matter

Dear sidhu,
Transferring of funds will take hardly a day no matter which Indian bank is that !! *** Forex*** facility will be available in every bank !! So don't worry about t Indian banks!! They will do your request!
Worry about Scotia bank replies and processing!

Go with any nationalize bank in India as they will cost you less, as TAT for all banks in India is same when it comes to FOREX.
