Generally speaking, does it make any difference in the success of a TRV application whether the applicant is your spouse vs your non-common law girlfriend? (Regardless applicant's ties to home country)
If the visa applicant is the spouse of a PR or citizen, they are less likely to get a visa. However, describing an applicant as a "girlfriend " in an invitation letter would have the same effect.
