Okay, so our daughter's UK passport expired and the VR she had when we entered was only dated to the expiry of her passport (May 23, 2015).

We've got her new passport and we're trying to apply for the extension.

1. Applying online do you apply AS the child? If so, it asks if you're over 18 and she's not, she's only 5. It says you're not supposed to have a CIC account if you're under 18, which is confusing, because it seems you're meant to apply for it as the applicant.

2. Or do you apply as the parent?

3. For the question about money, do we give our financial situation, or just put zero because she's a dependant?

Thanks.

If answered properly you should not have any confusions.

As she is a dependant and underage you have to show the parents financial status.
