Can someone please tell me Does IRCC have an access to give me an update or not about Outland Sponsorship application. I submitted my application on Feb 2025 and I haven’t heard anything yet since my sponsorship eligibility is done around March 2025. I called IRCC they told me your application is Outland and VO is New Delhi we don’t have an access whats going with your application. You have to create web form . Is it right what they have been told me over the phone like they don’t have an access ?

The call centre has limited access to information. Realistically you are undergoing normal processing time as long as you have received AOR would not be worried at this point. Even if you send in a webform there will be limited information available on your file likely if it is just going through standard processing and in a queue somewhere.

@Chch123 Do you have your application connected to the PA gc key account? That has updated info, along with the ircc tracker (which I can't seem to link, but apparently gc key account has important info for the PA).
