When CHC requests pp for visa stamping, do they also request photos?

in my case yes. it's number 2 on the instructions...why any issues?
 
yes. two photos for the principal at each accompanying dependent. the instructions will be in the PPR letter.

My family is going to be away for few months and wanted to make sure I'm covered on everything CHC might ask during ppr
