Quick Question About the Application Itself

Do I need to fill out the "Use of Representative" form if we are not going to be having a representative? We are just filling it out ourselves. Can we just omit this from the packet? Or should we submit with a bunch of NA (not applicable) 's?

We filled it out and put me (the sponsor) as the representative. We did this because that way if we had to call or email cic, they could give me info about any aspect of the application. I had heard of some sponsors who were denied access to obtaining answers to certain questions about the file because it was specific to the spouse being sponsored. I didn't want any hassle so we did that.
It also ensured that any emails were sent to me, since my husband didn't have regular email access and I wanted to ensure we got the information as quickly as possible.

If you don't want to fill it out you can just right a big N/A across the paper.

We didn't use one, so we didn't even send the form with it as it didn't apply to us. We had no problems at all.
