Hi Everyone,

I am writing this post to get some inputs from the experienced members of this group. I am filing up my express entry form but got stuck due to questions. I am currently hold post graduation- work permit and that will be expiring in Jan 2021. I would really appericiate if the senior and experienced members of this group can answer for my questions-

1- I am showing 2 years of work experience for Genoact but as per policy they won’t provide me the reference letter. I asked one of my colleague/ senior ex-employee to give me notarised reference letter. I have payslips, appointment, relieving letter and tax returns too. Does any of got the approval based on the reference letter provided by collwgue/ manager?

2- My husband has done BCom from Delhi university (correspondence) and I can’t seem to find any online process to get his official transcripts evaluated from WES. Does anyone in this group have done the process from DU for graduation (correspondence)? Please let me know the steps for the process.

3- My husband have 3 yrs of experience as assistant manager in Genpact. But we don’t wanna show his experience coz then we again have to provide reference letter for that, so is it ok if I exclude the Indian experience from work history but add it to his personal profile.

4- He is currently working as a AP supervisor and it’s been only 4 months and we are not getting any additional points for his Canadian work experience but do we still have to ask his new employer to provide us a reference letter that states his roles and responsibilities??

I have recently starting preparing my file for express entry and would really appreciate you advise on these issues, so that I can correctly apply for the PR.

Thanks you so much in advance.

Regard,
Namita

1. Yes it's acceptable. Try to provide as many supporting documents as you can in addition to the letter
3. It's ok.
4. No need. Put current job in personal history section as well
