hi

I am PR holder in Canada and got married 2 months ago in india. My husband is indian and working in Dubai holding permanent residency in Dubai. I'm back in Canada and he went back in Dubai. Now should I send him sponsorship paper work to Dubai? And if I send papers to him in Dubai then after that can I join him in Dubai till he got canadian visa and came back together. I was suggested to go to Dubai as visitor for 1 or 2 months only as a visitor. But can I go to Dubai and work there. If I would work in Dubai then I'll get PR issued from employer to work in Dubai. Would I have to surrender my Canadian residency for that? Or can I keep both residencies and nothing will harm the sponsorship processing?

Please suggest

1 He completes his application with the proof of medical and Police certificates as well as proof of the relationship and sends it to you. You complete the sponsorship and submit it with the fees to Mississauga. Mississauga will either approve or refuse the sponsorship and then send the application to the overseas visa office. The instructions are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-how.asp
2 As you are a PR you must remain in Canada from the date that you submit the sponsorship until the visa is issued. A short 2/3 week vacation is fine otherwise your application will be refused.
