If i marry her,is that easier ????

If you think proving you lived together for 12 continuous months will be difficult, then yes marrying her will be much easier.

I am Canadian, living in Toronto On,but have a pregnant girlfriend in my country of origin(Bulgaria) The baby is due in middle of June and i would like to sponsor as soon as possible. My question is -do i have to fill out the papers right now or better to wait for the baby to be born? We have been together for more then 3 years ....

The baby doesnt provide you with any special status. You can apply common-law (if you qualify) or you can get married. The baby will help a little bit in proving the relationship is genuine, but thats about it.

Even if you submit the application today, it is unlikely the entire process will be completed in less than 5 months, so whatever you do, she will not be a PR when the baby is born. Just include it as a dependant in the application.

The thing is that if they submit the application before the baby is born, the applicant can be subjected to Conditional PR. If they wait until after the baby is born, then the conditional PR will not apply. Something for them to think about.
