questions regarding filling out sponser's forms

Dear all,

I am a Canadian citizen currently living in Iran and I am currently filling out my sponsership forms. I have a few questions I have regading the forms and I would truely appreciate it if you could help me out.
1) Is there a need to fill form IMM5409E( Statuary declaration of common law union)? I'm confused on this one. If I don't have a co-signer is there a need to fill this out or is it not applicable?

2)I am currently employed in Iran. In form IMM5481(sponsership evaluation)in the footnotes it says that proof of employment is needed. Is a letter from my employer enough?and on the second page when it says to give the names of people in previous undertakings in effect or not yet in effect, should I put the name of my spouse who I'm sponsering too or is it for people other than what I'm filling the form for?
3) I have been married to my spouse for 3 years now, but on form IMM5540, there is no place to state that. Should I include it in a seperate piece of paper?
4)since we have been married for 3 years and dating for 1 we have tons of pictures. How many should I include in my application.

You don't need it. It is for when the sponsor has a cosigner - and since you are sponsoring your spouse, you can't have a cosigner.

A letter from your employer is fine. You could also send in a copy of your income tax statements or your pay stubs from Iran.

It is included in other forms.

4)since we have been married for 3 years and dating for 1 we have tons of pictures. How many should I include in my application.

Include a range of photos from the beginning til now. Show photos of the two of you with each other's family and friends. Try to get some candid shots of the two of you where you are not posing, if possible. How many? People have sent in as few as 10 and as many as 250. It depends on how good your proof is that your marriage is genuine - since you have been living with your husband for 3 years, presumably your proof is good, so you don't need as many photos as others. Still, I'd send in at least 50.
