As per the new requirements from 19th Nov regarding arranged employment I am unsure whether i need to mark yes or No for the following question and need your advice .
Has ###### been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)
Following is my scenario .
I have been working for my employer full time as an Intra Company transferee from 1st Aug 2014 to Nov 25th 2015 . My work permit expired on 1st June 2015 and during my stay in Canada my employer applied for work permit extension in May 2015 and i have got this approved on Sep 21st 2015 till June 2017 . However due to personal commitments i went to back to my home country . But i again came back in the month of Aug 2016 working for the same employer listed on the work permit .
should i be able to claim 50 points on the current work permit for at least one year as i was working from aug 2014 to 25th Nov 2015
Could you please let me know if i can claim 50 points ?
