Hi everyone

Im doing the outland spousal sponsorship since my wife is Canadian citizen and we currently live in Guatemala were Im from. For the photo requirements (wedding, honeymoon, others) for proof of relationship and all that do we have to write in the back of each photograph the event or activity that photo represents?

thank you

What I did was write the name of the individuals in the photos and how are they related to either the applicant or the sponsor (that is if you provide pictures with family members), as well as the name of the event and the date of when the photo was taken.

I did the same thing. However, I had digital photos that I printed out in black and white, so I just put a caption below each picture in a word document.

Hoping for August 2016!!!
I used Microsoft word. What I did is I made a photo timeline. I had all of our photos saved to our computer so I copy and pasted the photos and made a text box by each photo stating(who is in the photo, what the occasion was, the place it was taken and the date) I did this from the first time we met until present. It saved me amor of time doing it this way.

I did this too. I put 6 per page in a table with a description - names of others and their relationship to us, date, the occasion etc. Will save you time and money if you are going to get them all printed at a photo place. Will also keep the weight down on your package, which when sending from Guatemala could save you quite a bit in postage/courier fees.

On which kind of paper did you print out the photos on a word document?
Is normal paper okay????? :)

Can I print also on both sides?

Is it okay to have 6 picture on one page?

I put the date, the names and where as description.

thanks!

I had a ridiculous amount of photos so I just sent them a pile of photos I had printed at Walmart. Cost like .9c a picture (they let you submit all the pics digitally online). Printing them on any paper is fine as long as they are decent quality.

I wouldn't print on the other side of regular paper though as it will probably show through. 6 per letter-sized page might be a bit much, I'd think they would be rather small. Just do a test page and see how it looks.

I am sure printing in both sides is fine. I had 3 photos per page with a text box beside with the description. So if you were to use both sides it would be 6 photos per page. It is a smart way to save money and actually wish I would of thought of that! I used a thicker paper. If you go to staples or an Office Depot they provide that paper and will suggest a certain paper for you(it has a shiny finish and is made for exactly printing photos) Using regular paper will not do the trick if you want to use both sides.
