In section 11, I was asked to enter the details of my employment and education history. During employment, I had some vacations. for example, I went to Germany for one week in June. should I fill in the vacation in Germany to Section 11? Thanks

No. Vacations are only listed in the physical presence calculator. You shouldn't enter vacation stays in question 10, either.
