My company has applied for ICT visa for me within US and now I m trying to apply for Open work permit for my spouse.Please let me know the answers to below questions.
Am I supposed to submit these forms for spouse- IMM1295 and IMM5707?
Who will be the prospective employer in Canada for my spouse's open work permit. What should I fill in there?
Is it advisable to apply for open work permit outside of Canada or after reaching Canada?
Is there any medical test required? My company did not ask me to go for any medical test for ICT visa.
How much is the average processing time for ICT visa and open work permit?
Can I apply for ICT visa from USA and get the stamping done from India? Or I should do it from USA only?
