Hi! Can anybody help me with the passport application question about what Proof of Canadian Citizenship (section 4, Part B) I have? I am a PR to Citizen, so I guess I should choose Certificate of Naturalization, instead of Certificate of Canadian Citizenship. But on my child's application form (we applied together), there's no "Certificate of Naturalization" option. It's either a birth certificate or a Certificate of Canadian Citizenship. So I was wondering if both of us should go with the same one.
Another question regarding the birthplace: in my old passport, the place was shown as a province, not a city. I was born in mainland China, so just curious if anyone with the same experience can tell me if I should write my birth city or province in the new passport application?
Thanks!!
