I download the official PDF of NOC skill list:

NOC skill level criteria - education/training and other criteria

Skill level A
--- University degree (bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate)

Skill level B
--- Two to three years of post-secondary education at community college, institute of technology or CÉGEP
or
--- Two to five years of apprenticeship training
or
--- Three to four years of secondary school and more than two years of on-the-job training, occupation-specific training courses or specific work experience
--- Occupations with supervisory responsibilities are also assigned to skill level B.
--- Occupations with significant health and safety responsibilities (e.g., fire fighters, police officers and licensed practical nurses) are assigned to skill level B.

=============================

Skill level A
--- Software Engineer

Skill level B
--- Computer Network Technician

================================
Question A:
If I apply for a immigration as a Software Engineer, But my education is a 2-yrs college diploma, am I valid?

Question B:
I see lots of "Software Engineer" out there in the market , they just require a diploma not a degree, do they valid for immigration ?

The Software Engineer occupation has already capped and CIC is not longer accepting applications. If you want to apply as a Software Engineer, you'll need to wait until next year and apply through Express Entry.

The 3 Software and Software related NOCs - 2174, 2173 and 2171 have all capped.

But just so you know, for FSW, your education is of no relevance as far as eligibility is concerned.

Its a different question altogether as to how well you would fit in the job market itself but given the fact that IT is majorly a 'skill' based sector, your experience can also substitute for qualification but it totally depends on the employer.

Thanks nishesh3003,
I just take the Software Engineer as an example.

According to your answer, it seems that the job title has nothing to do with the education experiences, am I right?

Absolutely right, at least in the majority of cases.
