I have some questions when filling IMM 5669E Schedule A - Background/Declaration.
Please give me some advises.

a. Should I fill each trip less than one month in the form? I studied in Canada and went back to my home country each year, for about one month, some times less than one month. I also had some one-week trips to countries around Canada.
b. About the date.
For example, I finished my last term at university, and went to my home country on Aug. 23, came back to Canada on Oct. 6, attended my graduation convocation on Oct. 18, started work on Nov. 7.
Is it correct for me to write the following ?
**/2013 to 08/2013 study Canada
08/2013 to 10/2013 travel home country
10/2013 to 11/2013 ??? Canada
11/2013 to now work Canada
c. in the previous example, what should I put in "???" during the time before I started to work? travel?
