Morning,

my wife is PR, and she has a part time job. from the checklist, page 2, "Proof of income for sponsor" section.

it said" if you are employed, an original of a letter from your current employer stating your period of employment, salary, and regular hours per week". But, she is working for a fast food restaurant, there is no specific hours on the contract, it said TBD. Her manager will schedule all employees' work hours every two weeks. Send an excel file to show the next two weeks' working hour for each employee.

what should I do for this situation?

Thanks

Send an Option C / Notice of Assessmemt, a couple paystubs, and a note from her explaining just what you said.

Spouse, Common Law and Conjugal partner sponsorships are exempt from income assessment. So her earnings won't be an issue.

what is Option C?

my wife had a full time job last year, and I already had her Notice of Assessment for last year.

It's from the CRA. It's almost the same thing as a NoA.
