Questions Express Entry - Everyone give different answers..Confused

I have few questions regarding Express entry.

1. I get letter from my Canadian University saying that I have met all requirements on Dec 19,

2014 for Graduation and degree will be awarded in Fen 1, 2015. My question is from which date my

experience will start for CEC?

2. I am working in a company from last year in Canada. What should I write where it says, do you

have valid job offer?

3. I am eligible for FSW and CEC. For CEC Do we need to show funds?

If not, then What should I write where it says, how much money you are bringing to canada?

FYI - you can't get points for education until you actually graduate.

2 - if you don't have an LMIA, answer no. If you do, say yes.

3- funds aren't a requirement of CEC. Just put in what funds you can prove you have.

A "Valid job offer" is defined as having (a) an LMIA, AND (b) a written offer of permanent full-time employment upon obtaining permanent resident status.

If you don't meet both of those conditions, answer "no."

So, you mean my expereince will start from Feb 2015, not Dec 19, 2014?

Letter received from University

Start Date of Studies: May 02, 2013
Completion Date of Studies: December 19, 2014

He completed the program requirements to graduate with a
Master of Administrative Science degree on December 19, 2014 and will receive his Degree certificate in February, 2015.


It states that I completed the requirements on Dec 19, 2015.
