Suppose i incoporate my business in Canada
I have 2 Questions, I am in the tech field, I want to ask these 2 Questions

1.) Can I Apply for a Work permit?

2.) Can I use the same work permit (If granted) to seek other Jobs, or Am I limited to submitting proposals to companies?

Please Let me know.

1) Yes, you can try applying for a closed work permit as a business owner: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...yed-seeking-only-temp-residence-r205-c11.html
2) No. You will be limited to working for your business in Canada only.

That's too broad a question. First of all, depends on PNP program requirements. You will need to research the various programs to determine which ones apply to your situation and how to qualify to be selected.

I don't think shooting out proposals will do it. You have to actually be running a business in Canada that generates income.

1.) Err, Proposals => Get peeps to fit in => build solutions => Get paid $$$

2.) You are right. Which is best , Vancouver? Please Let me know if my particular situation fits for Vancouver.

Sending out proposals doesn't necessarily lead to income. The proposal needs to be accepted and executed for you to have income. You need to be able to show income. That was my point. You only spoke about sending proposals in your previous post.

You need to research the PNP programs yourself - or alternatively hire an immigration lawyer to assist you. I don't have a recommendation.
