Questions about the sponsorship forms

now i did start filling them out and everything ive got about 2 forms left in the immigration forms and like 2 in the sponsorship forms but i was just wondering i was told that my wife since shes the sponsor she fills the sponsorship forms and I do the immigration forms

ALSOOO IN THE BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM IT SAYS TO WRITE NONE IF U HAVE NOT UNDER TAKEN ANY MILITARY SERVICE OR W.e DO I HAVE TO WRITE NONE UNDER BRANCH OF SERVICE OR WHERE? OR DO I JUST LEAVE IT BLANK
