Questions about the Express Entry and differents provinces

Hello guys! So I'm currently in Manitoba working in the same company since the beginning of my PVT (1year and 6 months) . My visa ends in February and I want to ask for a PR but the problem is that I want to change my job and move out from Manitoba. So I don't know if I can do my express entree first and after move out or if it's not allowed to do that? How long after asking for the EE I need to stay in the same company? And if it's not possible, do you guys have any other solutions for me ? Please I really need help I'm lost
