Questions about the citizenship application

Hi I have some question regarding the citizenship application:

1- About the police clearance certificate, do I need to submit one from Canada? I didn't submit one for my PR because I was told they have access to my record. I assume it's the same here, right?

2- In the details, it is mentioned to check yes to authorize CRA to provide tax information. Does this mean that I am not required to provide a proof of filing the taxes with my application, and the information will be retrieved from the system when they need it?

1- you don't need any police clearance certificate from Canada.
