Questions about Super Visa

Hi there,

I would like to apply Super Visa for my parents. But got couples questions about it after reading the CIC website:

1. Do my parents need to do the medical examination before sending the application out?
(As I see people who do it after receiving message from CIC, but CIC page said have to hand the medical exam together)

2. How many Years of T4 do I need to provide?

3. Is it true that I have to get a paid the travel insurance with the application? (Because I am not sure about the date that they leave, and also if they will be approved or not)

4. Is there anything else I have to be aware of, or any useful tips?

3. NOA is usually what is most important to include.
4. You need supervisa insurance not regular medical insurance. It will only start when your parents arrive.
