Hi,
So I was filling out the post ITA questionnaire and I had a question about the statutory section of it.
I was working on post grad work permit. Shortly before the expiry date I have applied to extend the work permit. The work permit extension was refused. (I received rejection after the expiry date so I had to restore my status as a visitor).
So there are two questions in the questionaire:
1. Has Mr Man been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
2. Has Mr Man ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
So do I answer yes to one, the other or both of these questions? Anyone has similar experience?
Thanks
