Questions about schedule 3 form for federal skilled worker

I would really appreciate some guidance on the schedule 3 immigration form applying as a federal skilled worker. I did search alot of the previous postings to find any related topics but wasn't successful.

I qualify under NOC 0213 code as I am an IT advisory services Manager. I am a little confused on how to present my job experience in the form. My questions are:

1. In the "occupation" field in the schedule 3 form, do I enter my actual job title of Manager, IT Advisory or do I enter the corresponding default NOC 0213 heading of "computer and information systems manager"? If I enter my actual title, will the application get rejected since it doesn't match the 0213 title exactly even though the job responsibilities are inclusive?

2. I have been with the same company for more than 5 years having gone through 2 promotions. I joined as an associate, promoted to senior associate, and promoted to Manager 1.5 years back. In the schedule 3 form, do I need to provide this information as 3 separate line items, or can I bundle them all under 1 item for the 0213 code with 4 years or more experience.

3. I do not wish to make my application public to my company. Regarding job verification the best I can do is provide on company letterhead stating that I am an IT advisory Manager and have been with the company for 5 years and have a certain salary. I plan to submit that alongwith a generic job posting for an IT advisory Manager position within my company that shows the requirements of the job and qualifications needed. I also hold a BS in engineering and an MBA, which are listed in the minimum requirements for my NOC job code.
Would this be appopriate or is something additional required?

My application is ready for submission other than the above items so I would really appreciate anyone who can provide a speedy response.

This is very important question that whether someone should club all promotions in final title OR write them separately? As this could change your number of yrs of your work experience.

I think some expert should answer this question.

If I enter my actual title, will the application get rejected since it doesn't match the 0213 title exactly even though the job responsibilities are inclusive? write your actual job title. job titles doesn't matter. only duties matter. your application wont be rejected because you had a different job title. your application may only be rejected if the immigration officer thinks your duties are not the ones for 0213.

Would this be appopriate or is something additional required? this is fine. provide an explanation letter explaining the risks involved (job security, HR policies etc). along with that, try to provide as much information as possible that may include, but is not limited to, joining letters, employment contracts, promotion letters, internal company emails proving your experience, appraisal letters, salary slips, tax return documents, etc etc... the more the good. submit any document that you think will help you claiming your experience

Thanks for explaining. Just to make it crystal clear: letf take an example:

- Some one worked as in IT Engineer for 2 yrs

- then promoted to IT Manager and worked for 3 yrs

Both work experience has points from 0213 NOC.

Should he claim

1) 5 yrs under current title OR 5 yrs showing titles differntly?
2) Only 3 yrs which he worked as Manager?

claim 5 years showing titles separately. consider the following example.

IT Engineer October 2004 - October 2007 NOC 2173
IT Manager October 2007 - October 2009 NOC 0213

just like above example, mention the duration and NOC for each job you have done separately in the form. all the experience would be considered towards your experience points. in above example, the experience points are full i.e. 21 because the total experience is above 4 years. hope this is clarified now.

Do all you guys have attached supporting documents in your first application to NS for experience proof? I just added a letter and I explained 4 tasks per each job.

I'm now uncertain about submitting to NS all supporting documents, it is really clear in the instructions not to do so.

Please reply regarding your experiences.

by NS I assume you mean the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) for the initial application.

Most supporting documents are NOT submitted with the initial application.
