Hi All,
I had about 2 working experiences outside Canada, I want to have reference letter to prove them. but my supervisor at that time has transferred herself to another company. Is it ok to let her write a reference letter for me? Another option is to let HR department write a letter with company stamp to certify the employment, but they won't sign anything on the letter. Also this will take a long period of time before they giving me the stamp.
So what should I do?
PS: if I get the letter, can I let my friends scan it and send the digital copy to upload?
PPS: we just had a baby few days ago, and we are at the stage of ITA, what should we do?
