Questions about PR under CEC class

Hello guys..!!!
I got an ITA under CEC class and I submitted my file in last week.
I have a couple of questions regarding my submitted PR profile.
1)I'm working as a full time store supervisor since 3 years(hourly pay). My employer didn't deduct enough taxes in my pay stubs. I'm filing my taxes every year without any fail. Is that affects me?
2)I took only one pay cheque per month, as i'm taking hourly pay rate. Is that ok?
3)What's the processing time to change my name in my work permit?(It's a single letter mistake, i request an amendment)

Paying your taxes is a good thing.

2)I took only one pay cheque per month, as i'm taking hourly pay rate. Is that ok?
There is no requirement regarding the frequency of pay cheques.

3)What's the processing time to change my name in my work permit?(It's a single letter mistake, i request an amendment)
Don't know. Possibly the same amount of time as applying for a work permit.

Thank you so much for your reply. As my friend is saying that we have to take two paycheques for every month(biweekly).
