Hi everyone,
My work permit extension got refused in June, and I'm preparing restore my status recently(still within 90 days limit). But I got some problems have to fix back home. As I know, I won't encounter any problem when I departing Canada.
But will I have a record at Canadian's border system? and will I be refused by border officers when I re-enter Canada during the restoration of my status? Or even if the restoration failed, and I want to change my status to student, is it have a high possibility to be refused?

Thanks for replying, my English might not express properly, hope you guys can understand.

Hi

If you leave during a Restoration app, it is abandoned. You can't restore your status when you aren't in Canada.

Yes, it is possible that you will be refused when trying to re-enter.

Once you leave Canada, you will need to apply for a brand new visa before you will be able to fly to Canada.
