We're currently in Canada on TWPs (intra-company transfer) and have received ITA for PR EE.

1. We have a child that was born in Canada. When asked 'Is your child included in this application?', we selected 'No' (as she is a Canadian citizen by birth). Now when we continue with the application, she has her own section under the heading 'Unaccompanying, PR Child Form'. Does this sound correct? Should we have replied 'yes' to the original question?
2. We then had a question about her: 'Will child accompany you to Canada?'. We replied 'No' (as she is a 'unaccompanying child' as per the above. It asked us why she isn't accompanying us, so we replied 'She is a Canadian citizen by birth'. Does this sound correct?
3. Will she need a medical if she is a Canadian Citizen?
4. Do we need to submit her photos?
5. We are expecting another child at the end of July. He will also be a Canadian Citizen. We will submit our application BEFORE he is born. So what do we do once he's born?

Thank you for taking the time to answer these.

CIC has admitted to other people in this situation that this is a fault in the system. Say no, and give your reason - your daughter is a Canadian citizen. When you submit your application, submit her birth certificate as proof. She does not have to take a medical, you do not have to send her picture. They know this is an issue and that it hasn't been fixed yet. Search 'Canadian child' on this site, and you will find other people in your situation.
