Questions about notes

I have a few questions about notes that I just received for the first time. Will I get them emailed to me randomly when something gets updated or do I have to "order" them each time? Also, it says that I have an overdue fee for the sponsorship part of the application, but I sent that with the main application fee, so do I just ignore that or what? Because the only thing I haven't paid yet is the landing fee. But I'm just assuming since they're working on my application that the overdue fee for the sponsorship was just a mistake?.

You have to order the notes each time. I'm not sure about the fee, maybe call the CIC call centre to ask about it. But to be on the safe side, if you can maybe pay that landing fee already. If you wait for them to ask you about it, it'll add more on the processing time.
