Questions about missing middle name on pr / permanent resident card

Hi all!

My pr card was issued 2 years ago, in early 2020. I noticed it was missing my middle name, it was also missing on my copr. Questions:
1. Can I still have this corrected?
2. I was reviewing the forms to apply for citizenship and one of the questions was what is my name on COPR or PR card, does it matter if I am missing my middle name?

Does not matter. If you want, you can make a name change.
