I have another question.

Let us imagine that the employer got the LMIA approved and i worked form them under a temporary work permit.

after 8 months, this employer will be in the market for more than 12 months. so, they can offer me a new permanent job offer that supports my Federal Skilled Workers application?

if they agreed with this, is it permitted to issue me a new permanent job offer after 8 months or even a year of my work for them as a temp. Work Permit?


can any employer issue new job offer with new details for the employees currently working for them?

yes, sure. i am very serious, I just cannot find the enough time to read all the information but i will for sure. I read and will read more information that will make me an immigration consultant in the near future
