Just about complete with my package for common law outland application, just need a little help please:
Background. I am a USA citizen "living" in Canada on USA visitors visa. I cross frequently to renew my 6 month visa.
My partner is Canadian and sponsoring me under the Common Law category.
Questions on Immi 0008:
1. When completing the form on computer, depending on answers, some boxes are then greyed out. Does that mean I don't need to complete those? Example would be question 12 Dependent Type is greyed out currently. Cant type anything in it. Should I hand write after I print?
2. Questions 13. Current Country of Residence. I am applying on basis of Common law after having spent the last 2 years here on visitors visa. I worked at home for my US company. Do I list Canada as my Country of Residence or USA?
