Hi guys, been reading here for a long time but now i've come to a point where further research doesn't provide a detailed answer.

This might be interesting for people who are in a similar position, so please bear with me.

I found out that if you're working in the entertainment sector (in my case camera operator) and you apply for a Temporary Foreign Worker Permit, your employer actually doesn't have to do anything in terms of recruiting/advertising for getting an LMIA.
This is a special case (among others) which removes one of the biggest hurdles when getting an LMIA. At least that's how i understood it, so please correct me if i'm wrong.

Now i'm wondering what the actual chances are to get an LMIA in a case like this. The employer would still have to prove that there's no canadian able to do this job, but i imagine that would be fairly easy because he could simply state that he needed a (in my case) german speaking camera operator with my specific skillset/vision (i believe that the advertising element is removed from the LMIA process because persons working in highly creative jobs are not objectively comparable?)
That's of course hypothetical as of now because i'd still need to find an employer willing to hire me and to go through the process in the first place.

But if i got it right, once you remove the recruiting factor the LMIA process is only about making sure that the wages are adequate and that there is really a specific need for the skillset of the person it's applied for.
And i would imagine that the ESDC would have a hard time denying that need... in the end it's about a certain creative mind that fits the employers needs and there aren't even people to compare to because there's no advertising for the job.

The next thing is, and that's where my research didn't bring up any clear results, would the LMIA process for the TWFP be the same as the LMIA process for Express Entry?
The only thing i was able to find out is that an LMIA seems to be an LMIA no matter what it's applied for (TFWP or EE), but that sounds too simple.

I hope i made my case clear :)
