Questions about applying study permit while undergoing EE process

Hi all
I have just received AOR of express entry today. However, at the same time, I’m applying to study and I’m going to receive an offer next month.
However, I’m concerned if the study permit will be rejected because I’m undergoing EE application?
I would really want to start studying in September 2021 so I think I may get a study permit first.
Anyone has similar situations? Please share
