Hello Everyone!
I'm Canadian and I live in London, England with my (British) wife and I want to sponsor her so we can move to Canada. I've been reading through the guides and I'm a bit confused about a couple of things. Hopefully someone will be able to lend a hand.
I've got a handle on all of the forms that we need to fill out...but since we're both living in England and applying from England, does the application get sent to Mississauga or to the Embassy here in London? I think the process is we compile all of our forms and send them through to Mississauga who then review and forward to London...but please help me figure this one out if you can because I'm seeing conflicting instructions.
The Immigrant Guide (3999E) says that we need to schedule a medical for my wife and include the results in the initial application. The London Visa Office Specific Instructions (E33023) guide says quite plainly, "Do not initiate any medical tests until you receive the medical form and instructions.". So which is it? Should I get a medical appointment for her ASAP and include the results in our initial application or wait until London tells us to do so?
Many thanks,
Michael
