Questions about Application packet and IMM0008_3E

Hi Experts,

I was going through the guide published on the website:

Ques: 1
This page says that Page 8 of IMM008 ( bar code page ) has to be in the front of the application. My Application packet is arranged as follows : Checklist, IMM008,ScheduleA, Supplementary Inof, Schedule 3, IMM5406, supporting docs.
Here are my questions for this:
1. Is my order correct?
2. Would the bar code page go infront of the checklist or infront of the IMM008 ( which means after the checklist)?
3. Does that mean I have two copies of page 8 (barcode page) and put one infront of application and the other stays with application?

My birth certificate is in Hindi , so should I get translated and notarized or translate it and get it attested by a gazette/public officer?

In IMM008_3E form,

1. Question 12a states to write the Occupation. Does that mean I should write the title from NOC list or what ever title I was working in my company?
For ex: I was a Loan Manager in a firm which makes me applicable for NOC 0121.
One the website its says
0121 Insurance, real estate and financial brokerage managers

so should my occupation be financial brokerage manager or Loan manager ( my actual tittle)?

same applies for ques:12 b. Under occupation should I go with what is mentioned on the website or what my title was?

2. Would the bar code page go infront of the checklist or infront of the IMM008 ( which means after the checklist)?<-- In front of the IMM008.
3. Does that mean I have two copies of page 8 (barcode page) and put one infront of application and the other stays with application?<-- Simply withdraw the same page and put it in front, no need to make duplicates.

For ex: I was a Loan Manager in a firm which makes me applicable for NOC 0121.<-- Feel free to put this NOC code followed by your actual occupation. This does not have to be equal to your actual job title, it should represent what you really do at work. They will compare your duties to NOC anyways.

so should my occupation be financial brokerage manager or Loan manager ( my actual tittle)?<-- Either way is acceptable, they will compare duties and responsibilities, not job titles.
