Hi,
I graduated with a 2 year diploma from douglas college in general studies with a focus on business and marketing courses. Then i got hired in bell mobility as a sales rep and then got promoted to Store manager 6 months later. Prior to this i had no work experience. I now manage 4 locations out of the 12 that are locations and help hiring people training them and also work on the floor. My wage is 25/hour. I applied for pnp under 0621 Retail and wholesale trade managers last year. I got a call from the officer 2 days ago in regards to minor discrepancies wrong graduation date, and address change that were there which got sorted out right away. I applied for the pnp in october 2014. I just stumbled on reading the employment requirements for that noc and it seems like they require many years of work experience in that field.
I bought a home last year have a mortgage pay my bills so i am sure from the income side i would have no issue
What are the chances of my rejection now based on that employment requirements?
I have been working in the same position for more than a year now and with the same company for close to 2 years.
