questions about 120 day rule and typographical error

Greetings everyone . I sent in an application for FSW cat 3 and they recieved on March 3, 2010. I recieved an AOR on April 16, 2010 asking me to send in a complete application to the visa office in Manila. Now im confused with the 120 day rule, will it start on March 3, 2010 or April 16, 2010? Another thing is I noticed that I mispelled ;D my mother's maiden name(at birth) on my background application(Because I keep a copy of everything on my pc). Should I just change it when I send in a complete application to the visa office and attach a letter and my mom's birth certificate or send in another application to CIO-S? ??? it will start from the day u receive your AoR email means 16th April. m i right senior ?

yes you can change your mothers name and attached copy of Birth certificate.
