yes, we can create it, because for example in my case I was as refugee claim in Canada, and now my husband is sponsoring me , and i would like advices because my Vo is requesting me the ARC, however I left Canada on time and i did everything in my refugee process good, i complied with all steps they requested so i dont understand and this thread could be good to share experiences!!!

good idea but as long as the admins listen to us.
I send them a message, see what happens if they will open a section for refugees only.
