Hi all, so I was looking at partbof the spousal application and a heavy part that would be credential asked for things like joint accounts, leases and finances as well as utility bill and such in each others' names. What if I'm unable to show these, that being I have nothing leased, no utility bills but I may be able to get a joint bank account without her having pr. Does this affect my application in anyway? Thank you all.
 
That being said she is back and forth every few months for 2 months at a time from her country so how do I prove that everytime she comes to Canada that she is staying at my residents. Can simple pictures be sufficient enough?
 
Are you applying under common law? Are you married? Explain your living situation and relationship a little more and people might be able to help.
 
We will be legally married the next time she is back in Canada. I'm just trying to get an insight for the near future when I do sponsor her for pr. The more knowledge I learn the better if I can avoid spending time and money on an unnecessary lawyer. Thanks
