Missassauga will not send you anything until the approval (or possibly denial) letter, unfortunately.
They do not provide acknowledgement of receipts. If you sent it via a trackable method, that's the best confirmation you're going to get until the processing time has passed (currently 38 days) and you get your sponsorship approval.

Alternatively, you can log on with your Receipt Number or Client ID (if you have one). It won't work until you have been approved/denied though, which is taking about a month from when it is received at Mississauga.
Your Receipt Number is the big number on the top right corner of your copy of the Receipt you had to sign and send with your application.
You put in the Sponsor's name and details and the Receipt Number and if it doesn't work, try again in a few days.
