Definitely not on ECAS. We received our PPR via email.

PPR is sent by email. I applied under CEC, and I'm assuming Family class process works the same way.

eCas will only show "Decision Made", and "Complete" once you land.

My wife got her PPR via snail mail...sent as a physical package to her house...
