Question: Where to mail passport (PPR Manila)

Hi,

I am a little bit confuse on which "section" of the visa office that my spouse needs to mail the passport. The address on top of the letter (before my spouse's address) is:

Visa Section
Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza
6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City 1200
Philippines


while there is another address on page 2 (after the "Notification in writing" part):

Family Class Section
Immigration SectionCanadian Embassy, Manila
Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza
6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City 1200
Philippines


for those who sent the passport and received it back with visa, please share your experience. thanks

It should be very clear on the letter that they sent to you. However, we submitted ours to the 'Visa Section'.

Thank you. The letter we got does not clearly show the address where to send that makes it confusing. I was going with my guts that it should be the Visa Section since that is the senders address and since they are requesting the passport. Thanks again for clarifying.
