Question Under HCCp 2022- Police Certificate Required for SeaFarers?

Hi all.
Is police clearance certificate required if previously worked as a seafarer/seaman for more than 6 months? Spouse of the applicant never landed in land and just worked offshore in different cities.

I am sponsoring my spouse's sister in law under HCCP in 2022 by the way.

Yes you can bring your dependent family member at the same time when u ll land to Canada it’s similar to EE. But difference is EE applicant landed PR and hccp or hsw applicant need 2 years for pr.

I think he need pcc from that country as it’s more than 6 months . Can suggest you you can consult any RCIc to avoid any delay of your file.
