any EU nationals living in the UK or used to live in the UK and have already landed in Canada? I'm filling in my federal visa application after obtaining the CSQ. I have a question about the status in the country of residence. We are not PR here but have the right to live and work in the UK under EU laws. We don't come under any suggested categories except for "other" but we have to justify. Do we say that we are EU nationals living in the UK? We do have a UK residence documentation delivered by the Home Office.
