I have applied for my citizenship in late 2019, and haven't received anything after the AOR since early 2020. My PR card will expire in few months, and I would like to see if I need to renew it because I might travel later this year outside Canada before my PR card expires, and it will probably expire while I am outside Canada. According to their website, I can renew it right now (< 9 months from the expiration date). Is this correct?.
There is no mention to any online option to apply, though. Does this mean that I would need to gather all the documents and photos and send them by mail? Also, I am not sure stores allow taking photos these days by removing the masks inside, and I live in a red zone area where all non-essential businesses are closed. Has anyone renewed their PR recently and could share with us their experience? Thanks in advance
